Free stuff from the trash
I know that does not sound appetizing. Maybe you feel you are above digging in the trash. Think of it as someone giving you something and they just happened to leave it for you in a receptacle that other people put trash in.
I like the Dell keyboard. I like the feel of it and I can really go to town typing on it. On Friday, the person in the cube next to me had a Dell keyboard in their trash can. I asked her about it and as it turns out, there was nothing wrong with it, other than the printing on the letter “N” key was missing. I jumped at the chance and grabbed the keyboard.
After testing it out on my machine, I found that I had just received a free (working) keyboard. 
WooHoo!!!! I plan on cleaning it just to make sure I don’t get sick months down the road from some hidden germ laying in wait on one of the little-used keys.
